May 5 – O’Fallon, MO – In the back half of the evening’s Bombers Baseball Doubleheader, the 8u Bombers team remained consistent and notched another win, 13-3, over the Hornets.
Leading 8-3 in the bottom of the 4th inning, Gage H. came to the plate with 2-outs and nobody on base. A sharp ground ball through the left side of the infield ignited the Bombers to an eventual four runs in the inning.
Hadyn S. and Jackson P. continued their onslaught of the baseball notching hits in each of their at bats. Luke B. and Parker F. led the team with 4 RBI each, both hitting triples in the game.
The 8u Bombers are back in action at 6pm, May 12th at Westhoff Field #2 against the Living Word Eagles.
